When You Can't Have Chocolate...

...Bring on the Fruit Pizza!
Amanda came over the other night and since she has been alergic to chocolate since we were wee children, I had to be a little more creative in what we could make for dessert. I haven't made a fruit pizza for years, but that's what we did. I had forgotten how delicious it is!
This recipe is really rough because it is out of my head, but here are the basics if you'd like to indulge in some fruit pizza anytime soon:
1 pkg sugar cookie dough (We bought the already prepared stuff, but I'm sure you could use your own sugar cookie recipe too). Bake it on a pizza tray according to the sugar cookie instructions.
Frosting: 1 pkg cream cheese, sugar (I just dumped some in so sweeten to taste!), and vanilla--mix together and spread on cookie once it's cooled.
Top with fruit of your choice. We used raspberries, blueberries, bananas, peaches, and kiwis. yum!
We gobbled it up while we watched Penelope--which I highly recommend if you like fairytales as much as I do!
